- 3. enter your address book and contact data manually.
Dromo will apply Microsoft Outlook-specific validations and transformations directly within your web browser. You can then import the prepped CSV straight into Microsoft Outlook following their normal process.
Q. How does Dromo safeguard my data?
Any data you upload or edit within this import wizard is handled in Dromo's "private mode." This means all the processing of your data - including parsing, validating, and transforming it - occurs within your own web browser. At the end of the process, you may elect to email yourself the finished data as a CSV attachment. In that event, a Dromo server will send this email via SendGrid, a Twilio company. Dromo does not inspect, use, or persist your finished data in any way, and Sendgrid's privacy policy details the ways in which they are also committed to the confidentiality of your information, including your email address.

If the Microsoft Outlook CSV template is incomplete or you notice errors with our data validations or transformations, email us. Please note that users are solely responsible for any data they import into Microsoft Outlook after using this import wizard, including any data they delete or overwrite. Any troubleshooting or questions regarding importing data into Microsoft Outlook itself should be directed to the service provider and not to Dromo.
